Before You Call
What areas do you serve?

We work throughout Anchorage, Eagle River, Chugiak, Girdwood, Palmer, Wasilla. Our shop is on Wiley Post Loop in Anchorage, so the bowl and Eagle River get the fastest turnaround. We take Palmer and Wasilla work on projects large enough to justify the drive.
Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Alaska Construction Contractor License #206502, and we carry general liability and workers compensation coverage. We are a+ rated by the better business bureau. Certificates are available on request for landlords, lenders, and HOAs.
Do you charge for estimates?

No. We come out, look at the job, and give you a written estimate with the scope spelled out. For larger projects that need drawings or engineering, we will tell you up front what that costs before anything is commissioned.
How far out are you booking?

It depends on the season and the trade. Interior work in the winter usually starts within a few weeks. Exterior work between May and September books up early, so calling in the spring for a summer roof or paint job is not too early.
Do you handle permits?

Yes. We pull permits through the Municipality of Anchorage or the Mat-Su Borough depending on where the project sits, and we schedule the inspections.
